Job Overview:
A prominent law firm located in Lawrenceville, NJ is currently seeking a skilled Patent Agent specializing in Intellectual Property to support their growing patent practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in various aspects of patent prosecution, research, and strategy development. This role involves a high level of client interaction and participation in proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Duties:

  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications across a range of technical disciplines.

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.

Certifications:

  • Active USPTO Registration is required.
