Duties

• Represent insurance carriers and TPAs in workers' compensation claims.
• Manage all aspects of litigation before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB).
• Conduct legal research and draft necessary legal documents.
• Advise clients on case strategies and legal complexities.
• Foster client confidence to support business growth in the insurance defense industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in California workers' compensation law.
• Specific experience defending carriers and TPAs.
• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to practice in California.
• Proven ability to manage cases effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership or eligibility to practice in California.
