A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for their Radnor, PA office.

Job Overview: The Litigation Associate Attorney will primarily focus on securities fraud actions and complex class actions, working collaboratively within large and small attorney teams. They will be responsible for extensive legal research and writing, developing litigation strategies, and managing multi-party discovery.

Duties:

  • Work collaboratively with large and small teams of attorneys on multiple complex matters, specializing in securities fraud actions and complex class actions.
  • Conduct extensive research and writing on sophisticated legal issues related to federal and state securities laws.
  • Develop, manage, and execute litigation strategies at various stages of proceedings.
  • Manage complex multi-party discovery and client interactions.
  • Assist in overseeing clerical staff to ensure timely completion of support tasks.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in complex litigation preferred.
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong writing ability.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Adaptability to learn quickly and integrate feedback into work practices.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and manage a fast-paced environment with a cheerful demeanor.
  • Proficiency in or advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (or ability to waive in).
