Duties

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 30 litigation cases, primarily personal injury law.
  • Handle all aspects of trial work, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and managing discovery processes.
  • Oversee the work of a designated paralegal, ensuring case progress and quality.
  • Engage in motions practice and participate in jury trials.
  • Maintain a high standard of client service, managing communications effectively and consistently.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
  • 4-9 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.
  • Strong knowledge of Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practice.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed by the Colorado State Bar.
