  • Advise clients on tax implications of estate plans and other related matters.
  • Guide wealth management and estate administration.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on current laws and regulations affecting estate planning.
  • Represent clients in court for estate administration and probate matters.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, providing superior client service and communication.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of substantive experience in tax or estate planning, estate administration, wealth management, probate, wills and trusts, and trust administration.
  • Admitted to the Maryland Bar and in good standing.
  • Proven ability to structure comprehensive estate plans and handle complex probate and trust administration matters.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior client-service orientation and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
