Associate Attorney needed for Saint Louis office

Duties:

• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Attend court hearings and trials.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Second-chair civil trials under the supervision of a lead attorney.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Missouri Bar is required.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar (or eligibility and willingness to become admitted) is a plus.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience in litigation and trial practice.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and trial advocacy.
