Duties:

• Conduct thorough case development and fact investigation
• Research complex legal issues and formulate defense strategies
• Attend depositions, hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and written discovery documents
• Manage ongoing deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a detailed record of billable hours

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Texas
• 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in state and federal courts
• Experience in handling commercial litigation, construction, premises liability, and product liability cases

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
