Job Overview

  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Draft legal documents, including estate planning documents, and represent clients in probate proceedings.
  • Collaborate with clients and other professionals to ensure smooth administration of estates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in probate and estate planning law.
  • Proven ability to manage probate cases from intake to resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures in probate and estate planning.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Admission to the Florida State Bar
