Bankruptcy Associate Attorney

A law firm in Milford, Ohio, is seeking a Bankruptcy Associate Attorney with a robust background in bankruptcy law. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling bankruptcy cases, demonstrating the ability to manage complex legal issues efficiently. Duties:

• Review, sign, and manage legal documents and pleadings related to bankruptcy cases.
• Draft, execute, and file bankruptcy-related documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards and procedural requirements.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure accurate and up-to-date legal advice.
• Attend court hearings and matters in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and eviction departments.
• Develop practical solutions for complex bankruptcy issues and effectively communicate these solutions to clients and colleagues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate case records and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, legal staff, and other professionals to achieve optimal case outcomes.

Requirements:

• In good standing with the State of Illinois with current Bar membership.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bankruptcy law or related areas.
• Proven ability to handle legal issues practically and efficiently.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility and resilience to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
