Duties:

  • Advise clients on tax minimization strategies and asset protection techniques

  • Effectively communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Stay current with developments in estate planning law to provide up-to-date guidance
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to deliver comprehensive legal services

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and estate/trust administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor when working with clients
  • Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines effectively
  • Experience in working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
