Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation and strategic planning
• Draft and review a wide variety of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Advise clients on various legal issues relevant to their cases, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Assist in representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal settings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and participate in case strategy sessions
• Maintain accurate, organized records of case files and legal documents

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Proficient in legal research tools and methodologies
• Strong understanding of business law, franchise law, civil litigation, and related legal areas
• Detail-oriented with excellent legal drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the CO Bar or eligibility to be admitted
