• Provide expert advocacy for clients throughout workers compensation proceedings
• Conduct in-depth legal research, analyze complex issues, and develop strategic plans
• Represent clients in hearings and negotiations, ensuring positive outcomes
• Collaborate with legal professionals to gather evidence, prepare cases, and strengthen client positions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued success and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of workers compensation experience
• Active California State Bar License and good standing
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership with the California State Bar
