  • Manage a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including the preparation of pleadings and motions.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Experience in product liability, construction, real estate, ADA, or class action litigation is a plus.
  • AmLaw 100 law firm experience is a plus.
  • Federal and state court litigation experience is a must.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to manage a complex, fast-paced workload while anticipating issues.
  • Superior research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
  • Admission to practice law in Florida is required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
