Duties:

• Manage a caseload of ongoing litigated claims, ensuring progress and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the litigation team on trial preparation, including strategy development, discovery, and document review.
• Conduct in-depth legal research into complex litigation issues.
• Take and defend depositions while preparing witnesses for testimony.
• Prepare and argue legal motions and attend court hearings.
• Provide regular updates and maintain strong communication with clients.
• Actively contribute to team discussions and share insights to enhance case strategies.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of litigation experience in a law firm or related environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases from start to finish.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategize effectively in high-stakes situations.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.

Certifications:

• Licensed attorney in California (required).
