Litigation Attorney

Burlingame office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation attorney with 3-5 years of law and motion experience. The candidate will focus on research and writing but will also be expected to assist the team with all phases of litigation, including drafting of pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. Experience drafting and responding to discovery and pre-trial motions, including discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, demurrers/motions to dismiss, and motions in limine in California and Federal Courts is required. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred. Must be in current good standing with the California State Bar.

The candidate must have a JD from an accredited law school. Should have a passion for helping clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Outstanding research and writing skills are required. Should be aware of current events and developments in Federal and California law. Must be able to draft various pre- and post-trial, including Motions for Summary Judgment, Demurrers, Motions to Strike, Kelly/Frye or Daubert motions, and various discovery motions.
