Job Overview: A law firm seeks a highly motivated and experienced Business Immigration Attorney to join a boutique immigration practice in Brooklyn, NY. Duties:

• Handle a variety of business immigration cases, including H, O, L, P, I, and E nonimmigrant visa petitions.
• Prepare and file immigrant visa petitions such as PERM, EB-1, and EB-2/NIW applications.
• Manage all aspects of client representation, from case preparation to final resolution.
• Draft persuasive and well-structured legal documents for a range of immigration applications.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the highest standard of legal services.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear and ongoing communication throughout the immigration process.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration law and apply relevant updates to cases.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in business immigration law, including expertise in nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
