  • Assist clients in understanding and complying with regulatory requirements within the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on current healthcare issues and trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to create effective strategies tailored to meet client needs.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication and dedicated service.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of robust experience in healthcare transactional law, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
  • A genuine interest in healthcare issues and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems effectively and work independently to develop innovative solutions.
  • Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction where you plan to practice.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the CA Bar is required.
