Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters related to renewable energy development, railroad real estate, or telecom real estate.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' real estate transactions and projects.
  • Represent clients in real estate negotiations, mediation, and litigation proceedings.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to ensure comprehensive legal support for clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on real estate matters.
  • Experience in renewable energy development, railroad real estate, or telecom real estate preferred.
  • Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Active law license in Missouri, or eligibility to become admitted to the applicable Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
