Duties

  • Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process.
  • Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
  • Communicate with clients and maintain positive, professional relationships.
  • Draft legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
  • Ensure all legal documents are accurate and meet required standards.
  • Comply with all relevant legal standards and regulations in the personal injury process.
  • Provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Must have an active Bar license in Missouri.
  • At least 1 year of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury claims and insurance negotiations.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and technology-savvy.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
