Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic legal team. Duties:

• Manage and oversee litigation cases, handling a variety of construction, real estate, employment, and insurance matters
• Develop legal strategies, draft contracts, and negotiate agreements to resolve disputes
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation settings, advocating effectively on their behalf
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
• Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes in their cases
• Stay current with developments in law to provide up-to-date advice and strategic solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation, specifically within construction, real estate, employment, insurance, or contract law
• Proven track record of handling arbitrations, trials, and mediation processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively present legal arguments

• Strong organizational and case management skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in good standing with the California State Bar
