• Collaborate with senior attorneys to negotiate settlements and strategize for court appearances.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and mediation.
• Maintain thorough and organized case files, ensuring compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in family law or a closely related field.
• Proven trial and courtroom experience.
• Ability to perform extensive legal research and write clear, persuasive legal documents.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-interaction skills.
• Proficiency with Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw legal research tools.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Texas State Bar license required.
