  • Proven trial and courtroom experience.
  • Ability to perform extensive legal research and write clear, persuasive legal documents.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client-interaction skills.
  • Proficiency with Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw legal research tools.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Texas State Bar license required.
