Duties

• Oversee and manage a personal injury case docket from inception to resolution.
• Lead a team of paralegals, case managers, and support staff to achieve high productivity and performance goals.
• Handle pre-litigation case negotiation and settlement with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Draft and respond to legal documents, including discovery requests.
• Represent clients during mediations, court hearings, and, if necessary, trials.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume work environment.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong case management and leadership abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
• Proficiency in Texas legal procedures and personal injury law is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
