Duties:

  • Oversee and manage personal injury cases from initial sign-up through pre-litigation or litigation stages.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and details to build case strategies.
  • Provide guidance and expert legal representation during the pre-litigation and litigation processes.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other necessary filings.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case status and developments.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and firm protocols.

Requirements:
