Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve case objectives and client satisfaction.
  • Attend meetings and court appearances as required, which may involve travel.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough case documentation and records.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a member in good standing of the Ohio Bar.
  • Multi-state licensure is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in consumer credit collections and creditor’s rights law.
  • Working knowledge of state laws regarding consumer collections and the FDCPA.

Education and Certifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Ohio Bar, with multi-state licensure preferred.
