Duties

  • Draft legal correspondence, opinions, corporate documents, and pleadings.
  • Analyze chains of title and governing documents for community associations.
  • Provide legal support for clients, addressing issues in real estate law and community associations.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and reports for court and corporate matters.
  • Participate in additional training and take on more advanced responsibilities as expertise grows.

Requirements

  • Admission to the California State Bar (pending admission acceptable).
  • Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • A willingness to learn and specialize in real estate law and community association matters.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active (or pending) California State Bar membership.
