Associate Attorney for Riverside office

A law firm seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join its Riverside, CA office. This role focuses on community association law, working with clients such as residential and commercial condominiums, planned unit developments, and other real estate projects. Duties

• Draft legal correspondence, opinions, corporate documents, and pleadings.
• Analyze chains of title and governing documents for community associations.
• Provide legal support for clients, addressing issues in real estate law and community associations.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents and reports for court and corporate matters.
• Participate in additional training and take on more advanced responsibilities as expertise grows.

Requirements

• Admission to the California State Bar (pending admission acceptable).
• Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents with precision and clarity.
• A willingness to learn and specialize in real estate law and community association matters.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active (or pending) California State Bar membership.
