Duties:

• Manage and oversee client files related to residential and commercial real estate transactions.
• Prepare, review, and manage documents essential for the processing, closing, and post-closing activities.
• Conduct client consultations and provide expert legal advice throughout the case.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and billing records.
• Perform general office duties, including correspondence, calendaring, and filing.
• Support the real estate team to ensure smooth workflow and high client satisfaction.
• Engage in marketing efforts to attract referrals and expand the firm's visibility within the community.
• Act as a notary public as needed to facilitate real estate transactions.
• Interact professionally with clients, financial institution officials, and industry professionals.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar (active and in good standing).
• Experience in real estate law, including handling contracts and the closing process.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active member of the Florida Bar.
