Duties

• Manage family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence matters.
• Provide legal representation and counsel to Spanish and English-speaking clients.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Conduct thorough legal research and stay informed about family law regulations and updates.
• Negotiate settlements and work toward favorable resolutions for clients.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Oklahoma.
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in family law (preferred but not required).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
