Associate Attorney needed for Overland Park office

Duties:

• Handle cases involving divorce, custody, child support, and post-judgment modifications

• Prepare case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys

• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients’ interests

• Communicate regularly with clients, witnesses, and court personnel

• Stay current on changes in family law and related legal procedures

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in family law preferred

• Willingness and ability to travel outside Johnson County for court appearances

• Strong desire to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a positive work environment

• Dedication to client service and compassionate representation

• Strong interpersonal and professional demeanor

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Kansas
