Duties:

• Lead and manage personal injury cases from start to finish, ensuring excellent client service and successful outcomes.
• Work closely with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals to drive case progress and achieve results.
• Manage interactions with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel both over the phone and in person.
• Handle case files with a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring all deadlines are met and documentation is in order.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and colleagues throughout the legal process.
• Represent clients in personal injury litigation, including pre-litigation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Contribute to firm growth and assist in developing and mentoring junior attorneys and support staff.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense side).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, adjusters, and legal teams.
• Ability to handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from negotiation to settlement and trial.
• Self-driven and passionate about helping clients navigate the personal injury process.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Expertise in personal injury law, including litigation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
