Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney to join a dynamic legal team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have strong legal knowledge and experience in immigration law, with the ability to represent clients effectively in various immigration matters. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in court and before government agencies regarding immigration issues.
  • Prepare and draft legal motions and documents.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration matters.
  • Handle immigration bond hearings, deportations, removals, green card applications, citizenship, appeals, and visas.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure understanding of their legal rights and options.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Experience in immigration law and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Bar license in the state of practice (required).

Skills:

  • Proficient in legal writing and research.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service.
  • Experience with immigration software and legal databases is a plus.
