Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, demonstrating compassion and empathy while building trust and confidence.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their claims and communicate with insurance companies about claims, demands, and offers.
• Evaluate claims and determine the best course of action to pursue client interests.
• Engage in negotiations to secure favorable settlements for clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in evaluating claims and understanding personal injury law.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
