  • Gather additional evidence to strengthen the client’s defense or challenge the prosecution's arguments.
  • Prepare clients for depositions by determining case strategy and gathering relevant information from witnesses and experts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in criminal defense.
  • Experience handling complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with other attorneys and legal team members.
  • Preferred bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in California.
