• Conduct due diligence and provide risk assessments related to life sciences transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop legal strategies that align with their goals.
• Assist in managing client relationships and providing exceptional client service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and legal developments relevant to the life sciences sector.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in life sciences transactions or a related practice area.
• Proven track record of handling complex transactions and providing strategic legal advice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
