Duties:

  • Represent clients in ANDA-related litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on patent issues related to pharmaceuticals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including experts and co-counsel, to build robust cases.
  • Handle pretrial preparation, including depositions, expert witness examinations, and trial advocacy.

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and case law developments in pharmaceutical patent litigation.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in patent litigation, with an emphasis on ANDA matters.

Education:
