Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other transactional legal documents.
• Assist clients with estate planning needs, including preparing wills, trusts, and other documents.
• Conduct title searches and resolve title-related issues.
• Represent clients in real estate closings and other related proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and sustain client relationships through effective communication and high-quality service.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state and good standing.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Proven experience managing multiple cases and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar in good standing.

Skills:

• Expertise in real estate and transactional law, with familiarity in estate planning and corporate law.
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
