Job Duties:

  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and precise work product.
  • Meet deadlines, exceed expectations, and perform assigned duties diligently.
  • Foster positive relationships within the firm and with external partners.
  • Adhere to all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including extended computer work, digital conference calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Perform additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in good standing in Washington, DC.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in debt finance, including bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.
