Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience in Medical Malpractice litigation. This position requires an attorney who is adept at managing cases from inception through trial. Duties:

• Handle all aspects of medical malpractice litigation, from case inception through trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and other pre-trial procedures.
• Represent clients in court and during settlement negotiations.
• Work closely with expert witnesses and other professionals to develop case strategy.
• Attend court appearances and advocate for clients during trial.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide legal guidance throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of medical malpractice litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience handling cases from inception through trial.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (required).
