Duties

  • Motions & Court Proceedings: Prepare, present, and argue motions in court; attend hearings and participate in mediation and arbitration sessions.
  • Trial Preparation: Assist in preparing documentation and strategy for trial proceedings.
  • Client Relations: Maintain exceptional standards of client service, providing frequent updates and clear communication.
  • Legal Documentation: Produce comprehensive pleadings, custom-made for individual cases, avoiding repetitive or template-based approaches.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in law and motion, litigation, and direct client interaction.
  • Self-motivation: Ability to manage tasks independently, with minimal supervision.
