New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior private clients associate attorney preferably with 1-2 years of experience serving high-net-worth individuals. The candidate will advise on a full range of matters, including Estate, gift, and income tax planning; Cross-border and international planning; Administration of trusts and estates; Closely-held businesses and succession planning; Matrimonial matters; Private investments; Transactions and planning involving residential real estate and luxury items, including art, boats, and aircraft; Charitable planning. Must have successfully passed the New York Bar exam or are already admitted to New York are encouraged to apply. Additional Bar admissions in Florida, New Jersey, and Connecticut and an LLM in Taxation are a plus.

The candidate should have excellent credentials.
