Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney (Mostly Remote)

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each case.
• Manage all phases of personal injury claims, from initial consultation to resolution.
• Collaborate with a team of case managers, paralegals, and other attorneys to develop effective case strategies.
• Handle a caseload efficiently while maintaining a high level of client care.
• Leverage technology to streamline case management and improve client satisfaction.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when necessary.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in California, in good standing with the California Bar.
• Proven experience in personal injury law.
• Strong client-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive work ethic.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
