Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and draft motions
• Prepare for and attend court hearings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients
• Maintain case files and documentation

Requirements:

• Current member of the Florida Bar
• Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier school
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• 3-4 years of litigation experience
• General litigation experience including complex commercial litigation preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in Florida
