Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm is seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney with at least 3 years of experience. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing the opportunity to handle a diverse range of family law cases. The firm will offer a steady stream of clients along with comprehensive administrative and business support, including client intake, marketing, and collections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a significant caseload, ensuring high-quality legal representation, and contributing to the firm’s mission of providing accessible legal care.

Duties:

  • Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support issues.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring effective client communication and case progress.
  • Provide compassionate and ethical legal counsel, especially during emotionally charged moments.
  • Collaborate with the firm’s internal team to streamline administrative processes, allowing more focus on legal practice.
  • Participate in case strategy development and offer legal insights to support clients’ needs.
  • Ensure that all work adheres to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
  • Represent clients in court as needed, providing effective advocacy and case representation.

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with limited-scope representation is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
