• Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation
• Maintain and build client relationships, ensuring excellent service and communication

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of litigation experience, ideally in commercial and business litigation
• In-depth knowledge of legal principles and practices relevant to litigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision
• Ability to think critically and approach complex legal issues with a strategic mindset
• Comfort with client-facing responsibilities, providing clear and consistent communication

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar

Certifications:

• Valid California Bar License
