Duties:

• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation cases.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on IP issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including briefs and motions.

• Participate in discovery, including depositions and interrogatories.
• Advise clients on IP matters and provide strategic counsel.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois, California, New York, or District of Columbia Bar, active and in good standing.
• 1-4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Experience with trade secrets and soft IP preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer science preferred.
• Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.

Certifications:

• Valid Bar membership in Illinois, California, New York, or the District of Columbia.
