Duties

  • Lead complex legal matters within key practice areas, including Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.

  • Drive business development and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality legal services.
  • Mentor junior associates and provide guidance to ensure their professional development.
  • Take an active role in firm leadership and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Corporate, Litigation, Trusts & Estates.
  • Strong client management and business development abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing complex legal matters and teams.
  • Strategic problem-solving and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction where the firm operates.

Skills

  • Expertise in legal research, analysis, and writing.
  • High-level interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams of legal professionals.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in developing client relationships.
