Duties:

  • Provide legal support in the formation and investment of private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
  • Assist with secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts, and structuring carry vehicles.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in client meetings and collaborate with internal teams to manage cases.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in investment funds or related fields.
  • Experience with private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
  • Knowledge of secondary transactions and structuring carry vehicles preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where applying.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
