Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate transactional documents related to mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on corporate transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys to develop effective strategies.
  • Conduct due diligence and prepare detailed reports on transaction-related matters.
  • Manage and oversee complex commercial transactions from inception to completion.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and manage relationships with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of business and transactional experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and complex commercial transactions.
  • Experience with Latin American corporate work is a plus.
  • High level of academic achievement and prior law firm experience.
  • Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar in Florida.

Certifications:

  • Florida Bar license.

  • Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating transactional documents.
  • Proficient in corporate M&A and complex commercial transactions.
