Job Overview:

A law firm in Seattle, WA, is seeking a highly qualified Securities Litigation Associate Attorney with at least 4+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess superior academic credentials, demonstrate excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, and be either barred in Washington State or eligible to sit for/waive into the next Bar exam.

Duties:

• Represent clients in securities litigation cases, including complex legal issues related to securities laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare and present oral arguments in court proceedings and administrative hearings.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of case files, ensuring deadlines and legal requirements are met.
• Stay current with developments in securities law and relevant case law to provide informed legal counsel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in securities litigation or a related field.
• Superior academic credentials from a recognized law school.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Barred in Washington State or eligible to sit for/waive into the next Bar exam.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters and provide strategic legal advice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in Washington State or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next Bar exam.
