Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct legal research and provide tailored legal advice to clients
• Participate in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Advocate for clients' best interests in negotiations and settlements
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Indiana State Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law practice
