This position is ideal for a sixth or seventh-year associate with significant experience in big law, specifically in transactional real estate. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financings. The successful candidate will be a key player in the firm's collaborative real estate practice.

Duties

• Manage and execute real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and development deals.
• Draft and negotiate various real estate agreements and financing documents.
• Work closely with clients and team members on complex real estate projects.
• Provide strategic advice on real estate transactions and related legal matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of experience in transactional real estate, ideally within a large law firm.
• Proven track record handling acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development, and financing transactions.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the New York State Bar.
